For all its high rises, Boca Raton lacks a Performing Arts complex so cultural events bypass Boca when booking events. The Boca Raton Arts District Exploratory Corporation set out to fix that. With backing from a variety of accomplished people and organizations, the BRADEC is presenting its proposal Tuesday the 13 to the City Council.
